Terms & Conditions

These are the rules for using Neyoza. We’ve kept them short and written them in plain language.

Last updated July 2026

01

Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Neyoza, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

02

Who can use Neyoza

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neyoza. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Neyoza is currently available on Android only.

03

Account & access

No account is required to use Neyoza. You can start journaling immediately after installing the app.

If you choose to enable Google Drive backup, you'll need a Google account. That relationship is between you and Google — we have no access to your Google account or the data stored in it.

04

Free plan & subscriptions

Neyoza offers a free plan and paid subscription plans (monthly and yearly). The free plan includes core features at no cost, with no ads.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

New subscribers may be offered a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the price shown when you signed up. You can cancel any time during the trial from your Google Play account and you won't be charged. Free trials are limited to one per Google Play account.

To cancel a subscription, go to your Google Play account → Subscriptions → Neyoza. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us by email.

05

Your content

Everything you write in Neyoza belongs to you. Your journal entries are stored on your device and are not accessible to us.

06

Acceptable use

Neyoza is a personal journaling app. You agree not to use it to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or exploit the app.
  • Circumvent subscription or payment systems.
  • Violate any applicable laws.
07

Availability & changes

We aim to keep Neyoza running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

Neyoza works entirely offline — your journal is always accessible on your device.

08

Not a medical service

Neyoza is a journaling and self-reflection tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. Mood tracking, insights, affirmations, and challenges are for personal reflection only — they are not a clinical assessment of your mental health.

If you are struggling with your mental health, please speak to a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

09

Limitation of liability

Neyoza is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of access, or damages arising from your use of the app — to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Because your journal lives on your device, we have no ability to recover lost data if you delete the app or lose your device without a backup. We strongly recommend backing up to Google Drive if your journal entries are important to you. Restoring from a backup is always available, including if a paid subscription lapses.

10

Termination

You can stop using Neyoza at any time by uninstalling the app. Your data remains on your device.

We reserve the right to terminate access to subscription features if terms are violated — for example, attempting to circumvent payment systems.
