Works without internet
Your journal, affirmations, and streaks all work fully offline. Always.
Backup is your choice
If you want to back up your data to Google Drive, you can. It's optional, manual, and goes to your account — not ours.
What data exists.
By default, Neyoza collects nothing. The items below only apply to optional features you choose to enable — except ads, which exist on the free plan.
Journal entries
Stored only on your device. Never sent to our servers. We cannot read them.
Google Drive backup (optional)
If you choose to back up, your data goes to your own Google Drive account — not ours. We have no access to it.
AI features (optional)
If you use the journal assistant or challenge features, your input is sent to an AI provider to generate a response. Nothing is stored on our end.
Ads
Neyoza shows rewarded video ads via Google AdMob on the free plan. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve ads. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
Crash reports (optional)
If you opt in, anonymised crash data helps us fix bugs. No journal content is ever included.
What we never collect.
Your journal entries — they never leave your device by default.
Your location — we don't ask for it.

Who else is involved.
Google AdMob
Used to show rewarded video ads on the free plan. AdMob has its own privacy policy and may collect device data for ad serving. You can opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
Google Drive
Used only if you choose to enable cloud backup. Your data goes directly to your own Google Drive account. We have no access to it.
AI provider
Used only if you use the journal assistant or challenges feature. Your input is processed to generate a response. Nothing is stored on our end after the response is delivered.
Neyoza is not for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used optional cloud features, contact us and we'll help.
